The inspiration for The Storied Table came from co-founder Jody Eddy's journey around the world while researching and writing her cookbook Elysian Kitchens: Recipes Inspired by the Traditions and Tastes of the World's Sacred Spaces.
Throughout her travels, Jody wished she could share the unique experiences of visiting these intriguing places with others—to introduce them to the fascinating people she met and share the unforgettable dishes she enjoyed along the way.
Published by W.W. Norton in 2024, the book has garnered quite a bit of press coverage and served as the catalyst for creating The Storied Table. Here is a selection of press for Elysian Kitchens. Click on the publication logo for more.
